Agnanti Studios is situated in a breath-taking natural environment that is surrounded by incredible views to Golden Beach, the azure waters of the Aegean Sea and the green mountains of Thassos. We offer modern studios and apartments in a quiet location and we are ready to provide you with a truly relaxing and unforgettable stay on our beautiful island.Just a short drive away is Golden Beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Thassos. There you will enjoy swimming and sunbathing, water sports, beach bars and beach-side restaurants, shops and much more. We are located next to the ring road of Thassos which provides extra convenience and makes it easy to get anywhere you wish on the island.We are just a couple minutes from the village of Panagia, where you will find soothing mountain springs, picturesque houses on windy streets, traditional tavernas with delicious food, cafes, super market, shops, and a whole lot more. Panagia is also a good starting point for walkers and hikers who love nature. There are safe mountain trails that start from Panagia and will take you all the way to the top of Mt. Ipsarion, the tallest mountain on Thassos. - How To Pay The Remaining Balance: Before check-in: Bank deposit (3 days before arrival) At check-in: Cash Card The key will be provided to you after full payment.
- Arrival / Check-in: 14:00 - 22:00 Do you need to check in earlier or later? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will check for you. You must present a National ID Card or Passport. We will return these documents to you immediately.
- Cleaning: We clean the accommodation every day. Fresh bath towel change every day. Fresh bed linen change every 4 days. Please help us conserve the island's scarce water resources by requesting fewer changes during your stay.
- Keeping Your Belongings Safe: We recommend locking the door when leaving the accommodation. Please note that we will not bear any responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.
- Departure / Check-out: 06:00 - 10:00 Need to check out earlier or later? It may be possible depending on availability. Please ask us in advance so we can check and let you know. If you have not arranged a late check-out time with us and fail to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 on your check-out date, we reserve the right to remove belongings left in the accommodation. We would only do this as a last resort.

- Early Departure: If you need to check out earlier than planned, we cannot provide a refund under any circumstances.
- Cancellation: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we provide: Full Refund: at least 21 days before your check-in date, minus the bank or transfer fee No Refund: less than 21 days before your check-in date All refunds are paid in EURO (€). We do not charge any cancellation fees. Please send your cancellation request in writing to info@agnanti-studios.gr. You may be able to reschedule your booking instead.
- Rescheduling Your Booking: You can reschedule your booking dates for free, subject to availability.
- No Show: If you do not arrive on the check-in date of your reservation and we do not hear from you, your reservation will be marked as "no show" and the accommodation will be made available to others. Your deposit will not be refunded.
